Creating a contact list is easy. You can upload a list of numbers from a spreadsheet or add them manually, one by one. When you upload your opted-in contacts, you can include first and last name, among other fields, to customize outgoing messages. You may also sort, segment and update your list of unlimited contacts.  Each time someone sends a text with your keyword they will be added to your list. You can also add contacts through your website with a contact from. 

When you need to send a text messaging campaign and you’re not at your computer, Send-From-Phone is at your rescue. Set it up in 60 seconds and when you need it, text us your keyword and your message from up to 3 admin phone numbers. We’ll send the message to the groups you selected, and it’s free with any Keyword.

We do not charge you for incoming messages! When do you receive incoming text messages? When someone wants to join your list, they text your Keyword to one of our short codes (such as “313131”). They also can respond to any message that you send them.

When you open an account you will get 20 free credits towards sending messages.   After your credits expire add your credit card in our system and upgrade to one of our plans that come with monthly sending credits.  We do not charge for incoming messages to your keyword.  We do charge you a credit each time you send a message either from an auto reply from your keyword or each time you send a message to a contact.  You can always add more credits when you get low or upgrade to a higher plan at anytime.
